Process Trainer IELTS English Exams Noida

We are looking for a dedicated Process Trainer to join the GSS English & Exams team on a 1-year fixed-term contract based in Noida. In this position, you will drive service excellence by delivering comprehensive training on processes and soft skills to new and existing staff.

Your core responsibilities will include conducting thorough training needs analyses, designing updated learning materials for IELTS and digital exams, and creating personalized learning plans. You will monitor trainee progress, manage certifications, and track performance metrics via call monitoring and early warning systems to mitigate attrition risks.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate degree with exceptional English communication skills.
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years specifically as a Process Trainer in a contact center environment.
• Proven background in delivering improvement projects linked to CSAT, NPS, or upselling.
• Familiarity with training MIS and advanced-level IELTS certification or equivalent qualification.

Work Schedule:

This is an on-site, 24/7 rotational shift role with two weekly days off. Candidates must be fully prepared to adapt to continuous shift timings including night shifts.
