Real Estate Closing Manager - Mahim

Zominion Real Estate Advisory is hiring a Closing Manager to handle high-ticket luxury residential sales in Mahim West. The role focuses on converting HNI walk-ins into firm bookings for premium project inventories valued between ₹3 Cr and ₹7 Cr.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Host prospective buyers, direct walk-ins, and channel-partner leads at the sales gallery; deliver thorough project presentations and sample-flat tours.
• Identify buyer requirements, recommend suitable floor units, prepare customized cost sheets, and structure payment schedules.
• Handle pricing negotiations confidently within pre-approved thresholds to consistently achieve monthly target metrics.
• Manage CRM pipeline updates, execute rigorous lead follow-ups, and coordinate revisited client meetings.
• Facilitate post-booking processes including KYC validation, allotment documentation, stamp duty procedures, and registration compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with Channel Partner sourcing managers regarding prospective deal statuses.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years in real estate sales, including a minimum of 3 years closing luxury residential properties (ticket size above ₹2 Cr).
• Strong familiarity with Central and Western Mumbai markets, specifically the Mahim, Dadar, Prabhadevi, Bandra, and Worli corridors.
• In-depth grasp of RERA guidelines, home loan processing, stamp duty calculations, and structural cost breakdowns.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduate required; MBA or PGDM preferred).
• Fluency in English and Hindi (proficiency in Marathi, Gujarati, or Konkani is an added advantage).
