Senior Telesales & Air Freight Executive

Hiring Embassy is seeking a confident and target-driven Senior Executive to manage telesales, client relations, and air freight coordination in Connaught Place, Delhi.

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for inquiries, client leads, and bookings.
• Prepare and share competitive freight quotations based on current vendor pricing.
• Coordinate air freight rates, availability, and shipment details with vendors.
• Manage Air Waybills (AWB) and handle end-to-end shipment documentation.
• Maintain regular client and vendor follow-ups to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Update CRM records and achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in telesales, customer service, or client coordination.
• Prior background in logistics, freight forwarding, or air freight is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and professional email correspondence.
