RealSoft ERP Pvt. Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team in Aluva, Kerala. You will be responsible for validating ERP applications, checking modules, workflows, and system integrations before deployment.
Core Responsibilities:
Review business requirements, functional specs, and ERP process flows
Draft test cases, test scenarios, and prepare required test datasets
Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and exploratory testing across ERP modules
Track, log, and document software bugs with exact steps to reproduce
Work alongside developers to investigate defects and verify fixes through re-testing
Validate calculations, database outputs, user permissions, and end-to-end approval workflows
Maintain QA documentation, test execution logs, and pre-release readiness reports
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Computer Applications, or related discipline
0 to 2 years of manual software testing experience (Freshers eligible)
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycles, and test case creation
Basic SQL or database validation skills
Prior exposure to ERP systems, HRMS, Accounting, or bug trackers like Jira is preferred
