Arethos is hiring a Technical Support professional to join our team in Mohali. We are looking for energetic candidates ready to assist customers and coordinate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering prompt technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
Guiding users smoothly through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
Partnering with product and development groups to track and resolve recurring issues.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of system updates, product features, and industry practices.
Drafting and updating technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
Attending periodic training sessions to sharpen product expertise.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in essential tools including MS Word and Excel.
Open to freshers as well as candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience.
