Leap Education Society is hiring a Trainer in Mysuru to assist in delivering industry-focused Product Driven Learning (PDL) programs for STEM undergraduates. Founded by IIT professors and industry leaders, LEAP guides engineering and science students through hands-on technical projects, prototyping, and robotics.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist senior experts during interactive training sessions and guide student teams through practical activities.
Liaise directly with institute faculty, students, and administration to ensure smooth program execution.
Support student groups as they build functional prototypes in agriculture, healthcare, and automation domains.
Contribute to curriculum updates and technical course content creation.
Candidate Requirements:
Educational background in B.Tech, Diploma, or an equivalent technical field.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Hands-on familiarity with embedded systems (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi) or 3D printing/CAD software is preferred.
Prior academic or industry exposure will be considered a plus.
