Niir Project Consultancy Services (NPCS) is seeking a hands-on AI Applications Specialist in Delhi. In this role, you will evaluate, implement, and optimize AI platforms to boost business efficiency, automation, research, and content workflows across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, test, and integrate modern AI tools into daily business processes.
Build effective prompt frameworks, agentic workflows, and automation pipelines.
Leverage LLMs and platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, NotebookLM, and Midjourney.
Apply AI tools toward technical, market, and business research, documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
Establish best practices, maintain prompt libraries, and educate internal teams on responsible AI usage.
Perform critical human review and fact-checking on AI-assisted outputs.
Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated hands-on experience applying generative AI and automation tools to business tasks.
Strong prompt engineering, research, and analytical capabilities.
Proactive mindset for testing, optimizing, and troubleshooting new AI workflows.
Clear communication skills with a focus on structured documentation.
Familiarity with AI APIs, Python, or CRM and marketing automation integrations is a plus.
