Data Ingenious Global is looking for an e-Office / e-HRMS Support Engineer to support critical government e-Governance systems in Delhi. In this role, you will deliver L1 technical support, manage user accounts, and maintain system configurations for NIC and government-managed environments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support and hands-on user handholding for e-Office, e-HRMS 2.0, and AEBAS systems.
Handle user account lifecycle, including creation, role assignment, delegation, posting/transfer, extension, deactivation, and interdepartmental file migration.
Manage structural mappings such as File Head, Basic/Primary/Secondary Groups, Territory, File Section Code, OU, and Post creation.
Assist users with VPN setups, Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) installation, file tracking, and MIS reporting.
Deliver training sessions to end users and liaise with technical teams for swift issue resolution.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications: B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. in IT.
2+ years of hands-on experience in e-Office, e-HRMS 2.0, AEBAS, and government e-Governance projects.
Prior experience in NIC/NICSI-supported or Central/State Government environments is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, system documentation, and basic network troubleshooting.
