AML Process Associate - Retail & Crypto

Guidehouse India is hiring a Process Associate to manage end-to-end AML investigations for retail banking and crypto workflows in Hyderabad.

• Gather relevant information using internal systems, third-party tools, and open-source research to build risk-based conclusions.
• Draft clear, concise case narrations detailing risk indicators and review rationales.
• Ensure full compliance with AML policies, regulatory frameworks, and client guidelines while meeting productivity and SLA targets.
• Proactively flag discrepancies, escalate potential risks, and collaborate with team members and subject matter experts.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Proven background in AML processes with independent case investigation capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation.
