Dhanam Investment And Finance Private Limited is hiring proactive Telecalling Executives to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will connect with prospects and current clients via phone to manage loan queries and outline financial options including Personal, Business, Home, and Gold Loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with contacts from assigned databases to present relevant financial solutions.
Assess customer requirements, income details, and eligibility criteria to suggest appropriate products.
Maintain effective phone interactions while working toward team goals.
Job Details & Requirements:
Prior background: Minimum 6 months in telecalling or the BPO industry.
Language proficiency: Clear Tamil speaking skills along with basic English knowledge.
Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days a week).
