Appynitty Communications is hiring an experienced Android & Mobile Application Developer for our Nagpur office. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Java and Kotlin, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain native Android applications utilizing Kotlin and Java.
Implement scalable app architectures, primarily relying on MVVM patterns.
Integrate external data sources, REST APIs, and third-party libraries like Retrofit, RxJava, and Kotlin Flow.
Conduct unit testing for edge cases, usability, and overall app reliability.
Debug issues, analyze log files, and optimize application speed and performance.
Incorporate modern Android Jetpack components, including Jetpack Compose, Room Database, Hilt, and DataStore.
Candidate Requirements:
2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Android software development.
Strong background in object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design patterns.
Proficiency with core Android building blocks: Activities, Fragments, Services, Content Providers, and Broadcast Receivers.
Practical knowledge of version control tools (Git or BitBucket) and issue trackers like JIRA.
Experience integrating Google Maps SDK, location services, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and push notifications.
