Percept Web Solutions is hiring a Technical Support Engineer (Onsite) in Nagpur to deliver enterprise-level support across phone, web, email, and chat channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, research, and troubleshoot technical issues through to resolution.
Escalate unresolved matters to internal teams per established procedures.
Maintain prompt communication with clients and ensure complete issue recording and closure.
Generate accurate reports and contribute tech notes to the internal knowledge base.
Requirements:
BE degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
Proven background in enterprise technical support.
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, scripting, and standard utilities.
Strong problem-solving capability and client-facing communication skills.
Minimum age: 22 years. Willingness to travel if required.
