Wilson Engineering Industries is seeking an experienced Asphalt Batch Mix Plant Specialist to manage plant operations and customer machinery equipment servicing based in Kolkata.
Operational Focus & Responsibilities:
Operate high-capacity batch mix plants including WBP120 (120 TPH) and WBP160 (160 TPH) models.
Monitor essential machinery units including Cold Aggregate Hoppers, Dryer Drum Units, and Burner Units.
Manage PLC-based fully automatic control panels from the control cabin.
Oversee maintenance for Batching Towers, Bitumen Storage and Heating Systems, and Bag House Filter Units.
Execute scheduled equipment maintenance to reduce operational downtime and maximize productivity.
Candidate Profile:
Hands-on background with asphalt mixing plant equipment operations and servicing.
Strong understanding of plant safety, fuel efficiency optimization, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to perform technical inspections, troubleshooting, and spares support.
