Primavera P6 Scheduler Planner Ahmedabad

CPMDelta, a US-based project controls consultancy working on New York public-sector construction programs, is seeking an Ahmedabad-based Primavera P6 Scheduler/Planner. The role involves developing baselines, updating monthly progress, handling revisions, recovery scheduling, and preparing time impact analyses. Work arrives in project bursts requiring high focus over short turnarounds, with potential to transition into a full-time salaried role as project volume grows.

Core Responsibilities:

• Construct cost-loaded CPM baselines from contract drawings, WBS, and cost estimates aligned precisely with the schedule of values.
• Process monthly schedule updates using submittal logs and marked-up site drawings; generate float, lookahead, and variance reports.
• Incorporate owner/reviewer revisions and compile required evidence of changes.
• Formulate recovery and acceleration scenarios to quantify timeline adjustments.
• Develop fragnets for delay events to evaluate critical path impacts.
• Perform 14-point schedule quality assessments prior to submittal.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of direct experience using Primavera P6 for baseline setup and live updates.
• Strong grasp of CPM principles including float, constraints, calendars, data date, and out-of-sequence logic.
• Experience working directly with XER files and reading MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in written English for project deliverables sent to US clients.
• Based in Ahmedabad for occasional in-person sessions, with ability to dedicate focused 3–5 day blocks at short notice.
• Civil engineering background or familiarity with AACE practices and TIA is a plus.

Work Model & Compensation:

• Project-based engagements paid at hourly rates or fixed fees per deliverable, with base pay starting from ₹20,000 per month.
• Requires 2–3 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time during active projects.
• Flexible schedule with milestone-based deadlines.
