Design Engineer Material Handling

Indiana Group is looking for a Design Engineer specializing in bulk material handling systems to join our team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create conceptual flowsheets and detailed layout drawings for material handling packages according to specifications.
• Perform engineering design calculations and select optimal equipment configurations.
• Draft comprehensive mechanical equipment and assembly blueprints.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and evaluate technical bids from suppliers.
• Coordinate with site teams and vendors for drawing approvals and execution.
• Review and release fabrication detail drawings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Eight years of relevant experience within the material handling sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with domestic and international design standards.
