Proficient Peoplecraft Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in Thane. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, understand their financial goals, and drive business growth through targeted outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and manage follow-ups with potential clients
Generate and qualify leads across various communication channels
Present and explain financial planning and investment services
Schedule appointments and meetings for senior advisors
Maintain structured CRM records and track lead pipelines
Meet and exceed monthly business development targets
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Freshers and candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience are welcome
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
