Vowel Digital Adworld is hiring a Receptionist cum Sales Executive to manage our front desk and drive student admissions for our digital marketing programs in Lucknow.
Key Duties:
Greeting visitors and managing front-desk operations professionally.
Counseling prospective students regarding course curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
Handling inbound calls, messages, and walk-in queries promptly.
Following up with prospective leads and converting inquiries into course enrollments.
Maintaining accurate registers of walk-ins, phone inquiries, and student admissions.
Assisting with promotional workshops, local campaigns, and student outreach activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
12th pass minimum; graduate degree preferred.
0 to 2 years of experience in front office, sales, telecalling, or student counseling.
Freshers possessing strong interpersonal and persuasive skills are welcome to apply.
Fluent in Hindi with good basic English communication skills.
Comfortable making daily outbound calls and maintaining lead records.
Basic familiarity with computer tools including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
