Telecaller (Outbound Sales & Booking)

Biophlox Global is recruiting Telecallers for remote positions across India. Candidates will be responsible for handling outbound call databases, presenting services, and securing sales appointments for our team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective individual and business clients via telephone using provided lead databases.
• Gather and maintain updated client contact information within internal records.
• Deliver service presentations naturally, address customer queries, and handle objections persuasively.
• Schedule one-on-one sales meetings for sales managers and manage inbound calls from interested prospects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Any graduate degree; 1 to 2 years of prior telemarketing experience is preferred but freshers may apply.
• Strong spoken communication and active listening skills with high resilience to call rejection.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently as well as collaboratively within a sales team.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel for managing caller databases.
