Business Development Manager - Inside Sales

PrimeHire Solutions is looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive cum Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and business expansion. This role focuses on lead generation, relationship management, and commercial deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for potential clients using cold outreach, email marketing, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Initiate telephone conversations and conduct persistent follow-ups with target prospects.
• Present and pitch corporate services to prospective clients to convert leads into business accounts.
• Schedule virtual product demos and present formal business proposals and commercial quotations.
• Maintain regular updates in recruitment CRM software and MIS reporting sheets.
• Lead negotiation processes and support seamless client onboarding alongside internal operations teams.
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets and key performance indicators.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience across Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Tele-Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written English communication abilities with solid negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated capability to handle sales targets and manage client pipelines independently.
• Adept at virtual communications via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online meeting tools.
