Digital Marketing Senior Manager Role

Prateek Group is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager to drive our marketing, branding, and digital initiatives from our corporate office in Noida. We are looking for an experienced professional to handle comprehensive marketing campaigns and brand growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, social media, and email to drive lead generation and ROI.
• Manage company social media presence, content strategies, and audience engagement across platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance data, evaluate customer journeys, and report insights to leadership.
• Brief and coordinate with creative, media, and SEO agencies for ATL/BTL, outdoor, print, and retail promotions.
• Oversee brand communication, PR, corporate shoots, and offline marketing events.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of proven experience in marketing, campaign management, and branding.
• Strong communication, vendor collaboration, and strategic planning skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance optimization and offline marketing.
