Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound voice calls to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Manage customer communication through email and chat support platforms.
Record interaction details and maintain precise client entries in CRM systems.
Utilize MS Office applications for daily reporting and documentation tasks.
Candidate Profile:
Experience level: 0 to 3 years (open to fresh graduates and experienced callers).
Qualifications: 12th Pass, Diploma, ITI, Any Graduate, or Post Graduate.
Linguistic ability: Strong spoken skills in English, Hindi, and any regional language.
Familiarity with CRM software and general computer operation.
