Jarus Technologies is hiring an experienced Product Support Analyst in Hyderabad to support insurance software products and interface directly with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities & Operations:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely technical troubleshooting.
Identify root causes of product issues, document resolution steps, and maintain updated knowledge entries.
Track, prioritize, and log support ticket updates while escalating complex system defects to the engineering team.
Collect user feedback and partner with product development teams to recommend platform improvements.
Candidate Requirements & Technical Capabilities:
Domain Expertise: Mandatory prior knowledge of the Insurance domain.
Professional Experience: 5+ years in technical support, application troubleshooting, or client-facing operations.
Technical Familiarity: Understanding of insurance product architecture and general awareness of .NET framework technologies.
Communication Skills: Strong command of spoken and written English to interact smoothly with client teams.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period.
