Hexanika is hiring a Data Analyst to join our technical team in Pune. In this role, you will analyze database structures, build detailed reports, implement business logic using SQL, and troubleshoot complex data issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to fulfill business logic specifications.
Generate comprehensive sample data for testing and evaluate code developed by the engineering team.
Design, build, and maintain entity-relationship data models.
Analyze data trends, resolve database inconsistencies, and deliver routine business reports.
Candidate Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
Strong hands-on expertise with SQL query writing and database execution.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
Familiarity with Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domain terminology is a strong advantage.
