Data Quality Specialist II - SAP Master Data

Cencora is hiring a Data Quality Specialist II to join its customer master data operations team in Pune. This role centers on maintaining high data integrity, auditing SAP customer master fields, and managing structured onboarding workflows to enable seamless ordering capabilities for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and validate SAP customer master fields to ensure full compliance with organizational data accuracy standards.
• Analyze customer-provided documentation to generate Master Load Templates (MLTs) for system ingestion.
• Set up and adjust credit parameters for new and existing accounts within defined company thresholds.
• Finalize complete customer account setups in SAP to clear accounts for order placement.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with sales, Data Quality Specialists (Level 1), and Customer Engagement Managers.
• Maintain organized operational records and perform routine master data updates in line with company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer operations, or service delivery using SAP.
• Strong background in master data management, documentation analysis, and data quality validation.
• Certifications in quality management, process improvement, or service delivery are preferred.
• High level of analytical skill with strict attention to detail in data entry and verification.
