Key Requirements & Qualification:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Department Manager or Senior Fashion Consultant in apparel retail.
Strong understanding of retail business operations and commercial visual standards.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly take-home salary up to ₹32,000 along with statutory benefits.
