HUID Executive - Jewellery Industry

Anja Jewels is hiring a meticulous HUID Executive for our operations in Dahisar East, Mumbai. In this role, you will handle gold jewellery hallmarking processes and ensure complete compliance with BIS guidelines.

Key Duties:

• Manage HUID tagging, verification, and registration of gold jewellery items.
• Align with BIS Hallmarking Centres to streamline tagging and processing.
• Maintain systematic digital records and update HUID data in internal software.
• Cross-check HUID entries prior to product dispatch.
• Work alongside quality control, production, and dispatch teams to maintain workflow accuracy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior background of 1 to 3 years in the jewellery domain preferred.
• Familiarity with BIS Hallmarking standards and HUID procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency along with hands-on knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
