Store Supervisor Position at Cambay Tiger

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high sales, inventory, hygiene, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, opening, and closing procedures.
• Supervise store staff including butchers, helpers, and cashiers.
• Monitor sales, billing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Maintain stock availability, receiving, storage, and product display.
• Control wastage, shrinkage, and stock loss.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and store cleanliness standards.
• Handle customer queries and ensure quality service.
• Train, guide, and monitor staff performance and discipline.
• Prepare daily reports and track store KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit standards.

Requirements:

• Mandatory English communication skills.
• Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) background preferred.
