Sales Manager & Sales Officer - Eros

Eros Group is expanding its presence in central India and hiring dynamic sales professionals for our Nagpur facility. We are looking for experienced candidates ready to take ownership and manage key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue through field sales and targeted market outreach.
• Manage government tender submissions and oversee activities on GeM portals.
• Engage with prospective buyers to demonstrate product value and secure business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in field sales within the furniture or allied industries.
• Demonstrated expertise with GeM and other e-procurement portals.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals independently.

Available Positions & Experience Needed:

• Sales Manager: Minimum 7 years of field sales experience. Prior handling of government tenders and GeM portal listing is mandatory.
• Sales Officer: 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience with basic operational knowledge of commercial portals.
