Knotsync, a US-based logistics company with operations in Mohali, is looking for a driven Freight Broker to join our team in Jalandhar. This role combines sales and operations, requiring you to build customer and carrier portfolios while managing freight processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Source new sales leads and build relationships with customers and carriers.
Negotiate freight rates and oversee account management processes.
Upsell services, retain existing customers, and track load status.
