Home Collection Phlebotomist & Rider

DPlus Diagnocare is expanding its field team in South Delhi and is looking for motivated individuals to fill two key roles based out of Malviya Nagar and Shivalik.

1. Phlebotomist for Home Collection

• Conducting blood sample collections directly at patients' homes with utmost care and professionalism.
• Ensuring safe handling, storage, and transport protocols for all biological samples.
• Coordinating daily visit schedules and sample statuses smoothly with the operations team.
• Maintaining accurate patient documentation and logs.

2. Sample Pickup & Delivery Rider

• Collecting diagnostic samples from partner hospitals, clinics, and collection centres across Delhi NCR.
• Transporting specimens securely and punctually to the central laboratory.
• Following assigned transit routes efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• For Phlebotomists: DMLT, MLT, BMLT or equivalent relevant certification. Freshers are welcome.
• For Riders: 10th or 12th pass with a valid driving licence and an own two-wheeler (mandatory). Basic smartphone navigation skills for Delhi NCR routes.
• Good interpersonal communication and a patient-centric approach.

Compensation & Perks:

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 based on the specific role and prior experience.
• Dedicated bike allowance of ₹3 per kilometer as per company guidelines.
