Operations Analyst - Sahamati Bengaluru

About the Role
DigiSahamati Foundation (Sahamati) is seeking an Operations Analyst based in Bengaluru to join our team. Sahamati operates as an RBI-recognised Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO) driving India's Account Aggregator ecosystem for consent-based financial data sharing. This role focuses on supporting daily operations, maintaining member relationships, handling documentation, and managing MIS reporting under the guidance of Operations Leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date member organization details within the CRM system.
• Handle end-to-end documentation for onboarding ecosystem participants according to internal guidelines.
• Publish routine advisories and ecosystem updates across official communication channels.
• Prepare operational metrics, generate routine performance reports, and maintain timely MIS/Dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in managing events, content, and resolving participant issues effectively.
• Escalate critical report delivery or client satisfaction bottlenecks to team leads.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3 to 4 years of operational or customer relationship experience within the BFSI sector.
• Management degree specializing in Finance or an equivalent academic qualification.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Zoho Suite tools is highly preferred.
• Strong written and spoken formal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong execution capabilities within established SLAs, and comfort working in an agile environment.
