NexGen TechSoft is hiring a Senior Manager – Program Manager for our CaaS (Cooling-as-a-Service) operations team based in Bengaluru. We are looking for someone with 8–10 years of robust experience in logistics, warehousing, and data-driven planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Own logistics and inventory planning across the entire CaaS network using real-time data.
Plan critical infrastructure requirements such as blast freezers and capital assets for network expansion.
Drive ERP implementation and adoption across internal workflows and customer-facing processes.
Build and manage vendor partnerships, establishing performance scorecards and assessment frameworks.
Develop dashboards and MIS reporting with Power BI and Python to back executive decisions.
Partner directly with the Warehouse Execution lead to bridge planning with on-ground execution.
Manage asset allocation, resource optimization, and act as an approver for field infrastructure requests.
Requirements:
8–10 years background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain planning with strong data orientation.
Practical expertise in Power BI, Python, and advanced data analytics tools.
Proven track record in driving ERP adoption and digital process integration.
Strong vendor management skills and experience creating performance scorecards.
Readiness to work from our Bengaluru office location.
