Service Engineer SMT Electronics Equipment

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer for SMT and electronics manufacturing machinery. This full-time role covers hands-on machine setup, technical support, breakdown handling, and scheduled maintenance for client projects.

Key Duties:

• Perform installation, commissioning, and setup of Pick & Place and Reflow machinery at project sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and prompt breakdown repairs.
• Manage spare parts replacement, BOM checking, and conveyor line balancing for seamless machine integration.
• Execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA), On-Time Analysis, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Configure basic networking for machine connectivity, perform trial runs, and prepare clear technical checklists and service documentation.
• Liaise directly with client representatives and internal project engineering teams.
• Travel as required for national and international field engineering assignments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on background in SMT equipment, industrial electronics, or manufacturing systems.
• Solid exposure to Pick & Place, Reflow, spare management, conveyor integration, and RCA methodologies.
• Proven customer interaction capabilities alongside basic network setup knowledge.
• Possession of a valid passport and full readiness for extensive domestic and overseas travel.
