US Truck Dispatcher - Night Shift Job

Northway Dispatch Services is looking for an experienced US Truck Dispatcher to join our team for a full-time, in-person night shift at our Adampur office in Punjab. This role operates during U.S. business hours and requires direct engagement with American freight brokers.

Core Responsibilities:

• Search and evaluate available loads using DAT and Truckstop platforms.
• Contact U.S. freight brokers to negotiate competitive freight rates based on market conditions, miles, and equipment.
• Independently book loads, verify rate confirmations, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules directly with truck drivers and manage transit updates or delays.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience in U.S. truck dispatching, load booking, and rate negotiation.
• Proficient with DAT and Truckstop software.
• Strong English communication skills for professional interaction with U.S. brokers and drivers.
• Must be available for the night shift and able to work in person at our Adampur, Punjab facility.
