AV Event Technician - L1 Support

Kinly is hiring an AV Event Technician to provide onsite audiovisual and video conferencing support for a global financial services client in Pune. This role covers first-line technical operations for corporate events, boardrooms, and hybrid meeting environments.

Key Duties:

• Operate and stage equipment for live corporate events, webinars, town halls, and executive briefings.
• Run proactive morning health checks on displays, cameras, Crestron switchers, QSC gear, and room audio.
• Support live presenters with microphone management, video playback, and multi-camera streaming setups.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex connectivity during critical sessions.
• Log incidents and maintenance tasks within the ticketing platform following client SLAs.

Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on background supporting corporate AV systems, video conferencing, and live production environments.
• Familiarity with audio mixers, talkback systems, switchers, and presentation hardware.
• Strong customer-facing communication and first-line technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on rotational 5-day onsite shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
