Kogta Financial is seeking an experienced Branch Portfolio Manager to oversee MSME collections and portfolio recovery operations at our Vadodara branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field collection visits on overdue (OD) and early delinquency (ED) cases.
Manage branch portfolio risk and lead the local collections team to hit recovery targets.
Utilize NBFC legal remedies, including coordinating with administrative and legal authorities to execute Section 138 and Execution Petition (EP) warrants.
Supervise end-to-end collection workflows for MSME, LAP, and mortgage loan accounts.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in collections within MSME, LAP, or mortgage loan domains.
Strong background in portfolio monitoring and team leadership.
In-depth understanding of legal recovery frameworks and processes specific to the NBFC industry.
