Chemical Plant Helper Opening Dahej

Chemprocess Solutions is hiring 30 Chemical Plant Helpers for deployment at client sites in Dahej, Gujarat. The role is on our direct company payroll and offers structured benefits including accommodation and transit support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational qualification: 5th, 8th, or 10th pass.
• Physical fitness suitable for daily operational duties in a chemical plant setup.
• Capacity to adhere strictly to safety rules and supervisor directions.
• Both freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support plant operators during daily chemical production tasks.
• Manage loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform plant housekeeping and keep work areas clear.
• Handle bags, chemical drums, and containers safely using required PPE.
• Assist maintenance teams during site shutdown operations.

Work Schedule & Perks:

• 12-hour rotating shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) with 4 weekly off days per month.
