HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Packaging Machine Operator to join our production facility in Bavla, Ahmedabad. You will manage and oversee packaging equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.
Core Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on packaging machinery.
Monitor equipment output and address minor mechanical issues promptly.
Conduct quality inspections to verify secure sealing, labeling, and product packaging.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Keep accurate logs of daily production counts and equipment downtime.
Candidate Requirements:
Completed 10th or 12th standard, or hold a technical diploma.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating packaging machines in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
Ability to multitask and maintain high standards under production targets.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts if required.
