Plastic Production Manager - Ankleshwar

Bloom Seal, a premier manufacturer of industrial plastic drums, containers, and packaging solutions, is looking for an experienced Production Manager for our facility in Panoli and Ankleshwar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of manufacturing targets.
• Analyze scrap generation rates and implement process improvements to minimize waste.
• Manage manpower allocation, machine utilization, and mould efficiency.
• Conduct new mould trials, troubleshoot defects using root cause analysis, and optimize hot runner systems.
• Develop alternative plastic raw materials and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain production documentation, MIS reports, and staff training programs.

Requirements:

• 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in plastics manufacturing and injection moulding.
• Engineering or CIPET Degree/Diploma (B.Tech/B.E. in Plastics or related specialization).
• Strong expertise in PPC, multi-cavity moulds, automated moulding, and all-electric injection machines.
• Proven capability in manpower planning and root cause problem-solving.
