Core Responsibilities:
Analyze sales metrics, review meeting templates, and track distributor performance.
Optimize pricing policies, margins, and manage forecasting tools.
Act as CRM key user, conduct training, and manage customer databases.
Support sales management in executing regional business plans and budgeting processes.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales operations.
Hands-on expertise with CRM systems like Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Advanced Excel and Power BI.
Experience in sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.
