Client Relationship Officer in Noida

Talent Connect 360 is looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Officer to join our office in Noida Sector 16. You will handle client communications, lead tracking, and appointment scheduling for our financial and immigration planning services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage incoming leads, log details accurately, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Allocate tasks through the CRM system and schedule client appointments.
• Collaborate with consultants and case managers to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain clear and updated records of all customer interactions and performance reports.

Requirements & Schedule:

• Preferred 1 year of experience in immigration sales or international voice processes.
• Comfortable working in a 6-day morning shift environment from the office.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
