Customer Support Executive in Gurgaon

BookMyForex is hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle incoming customer inquiries for foreign exchange and remittance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to provided potential leads via calls and emails to explain foreign exchange offerings.
• Understand customer needs and guide them toward the most suitable FX products and solutions.
• Coordinate with partner banks, internal branches, and vendors to ensure seamless transaction completion.
• Maintain high service quality to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 1 to 4 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce or financial sector preferred).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal capabilities with a focus on building customer rapport.
• Detail-oriented, energetic, and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.
• Candidates based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon are preferred.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Rotational shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
• Fixed Sundays off plus 1 off Saturday per month (Saturday hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Conveyance allowance provided for staff traveling from outside Gurgaon.
