Financial Analyst Assistant (Data Entry)

FuturePro Global is hiring a Financial Analyst Assistant to support international clients across US and UK shift schedules. This position focuses on handling financial data entry, client outreach, and administrative reporting tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

• Organize, sort, and compile financial documents while verifying data accuracy prior to system entry.
• Execute Form 460 calculations and maintain client records within database software.
• Manage client communication via email and text, following up on missed consults and scheduling manager calendar appointments.
• Conduct data gathering through phone calls, electronic mail, and direct input.
• Highlight operational improvement opportunities and report concerns to key internal stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate degree in Commerce or Business (B.Com, BBA, or BMS preferred).
• Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of finance or BPO experience.
• Strong command of spoken and written English for international client interaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with an aptitude for picking up new software platforms quickly.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
