International Customer Support Executive

Outpace Consulting is conducting a walk-in hiring drive for international BPO processes based in Gurgaon. We are seeking experienced professionals to handle diverse customer engagement profiles ranging from voice support to content moderation.

Available Roles & Compensation

• International Chat Support: Up to ₹25,000 in-hand per month
• Tech Voice Support: Up to ₹4.3 LPA
• Content Moderation: Up to ₹4 LPA
• International Travel Process: Up to ₹32,000 in-hand per month
• E-Commerce & Automobile Voice: ₹4 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA
• Online Reputation Management (ORM): Up to ₹6.5 LPA

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in customer support or BPO environments.
• Undergraduates or Graduates based on process specifications.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts on-site in Gurgaon.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries through chat, email, or voice channels depending on assigned process.
• Maintain accuracy, service quality standards, and SLA compliance.
• Meet operational targets while adhering to corporate workflows.
