Crescare Solutions is hiring International Customer Service Representatives for full-time positions in Mumbai. The role involves managing daily interactions with international customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining high service quality standards during US operational hours.

Primary Duties:

• Answer incoming queries and resolve client issues in a prompt, professional manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout every call interaction.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience for US-based clients.
• Collaborate with team members while independently managing daily task workloads.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an International Voice process is required.
• Educational qualification: HSC or Graduate in any stream.
• Strong spoken English fluency along with solid interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts.
• Locations: Openings available in Powai, Thane, and Mira Road.
