ITI Technician - Cable Assembly Production

Vilasini Mechatronics PVT Ltd is hiring 3 ITI-qualified candidates for Cable Assembly, Wire Harnessing, and Interconnect Production at their Mohali facility. The position includes hands-on technical training, competitive entry-level compensation, and annual performance bonuses.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assemble, route, bundle, and terminate electrical cables according to layout specifications and technical drawings.
• Perform wire sizing, labeling, crimping, soldering, and continuity testing under supervisory guidance.
• Integrate connector systems while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Maintain organized workshop tool sets and assist supervisors with production logging.

Candidate Requirements:

• ITI certification in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Fitter, or Wireman streams.
• Fundamental understanding of hand tools, color coding, and electrical wiring concepts.
• Strong motivation to learn technical harness drawings and interconnect systems.
• Keen attention to detail and a disciplined approach to workshop safety.
