Requirements:
Must have 2 to 3 years of professional experience working with a Bank or NBFC.
Hands-on background in handling litigation cases both by and against the bank concerning unsecured lending products.
Capability to manage legal operations across Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh regions.
Providing dedicated legal support directly to the collections team.
Sound command over recovery laws, arbitration processes, as well as consumer, civil, and criminal matters.
