Senior Accountant - Finance & Billing Specialist

House of Gowri is hiring an experienced Senior Accountant to manage routine accounting functions, vendor relations, billing operations, and statutory compliance. The position calls for strong analytical capabilities and deep familiarity with financial reporting protocols.

Candidate Profile Requirements:

• Educational background in B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA Inter.
• Between 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP alongside MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Proven track record in GST reconciliation, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and statutory compliance (TDS, Income Tax).
• Prior experience within manufacturing, trading, or service sectors is highly desirable.

Primary Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day book maintenance, ledger postings, journal entries, and financial tracking.
• Execute client invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) workflows.
• Oversee vendor payment scheduling, credit vendor accounts, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare cash flow tracking sheets and perform regular monthly bank reconciliations.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS financial statements for internal management.
• Collaborate with HR for payroll inputs and assist external and internal audit teams.
