Shift Officer Production - Sagar Textile

Sagar Manufacturers (SMPL) is hiring a Shift Officer - Production to join our manufacturing facility at Tamot, Raisen district. The position focuses on overseeing shop floor operations, maintaining strict quality controls, and managing manpower during shifts across spinning prep and winding units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect laydown and manage waste removal points in Blowroom operations.
• Monitor sliver CV percentage and handle end breakages across Carding, Lap Former, and Draw Frame stages.
• Track doff breakage on Speed Frame and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Gather operational data via SMS system for Ring Frame, including spindle performance and power consumption per kg.
• Review daily Winder alarms and cut reports to implement corrective steps.
• Verify shift R&D reports and strictly implement quality control standards per SOPs.
• Lead shift handovers, optimize worker allocation, and conduct safety and training briefings.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering.
• Strong background in textile spinning machinery and shift floor management.
