SMT Production Supervisor & Engineer

Clair Electronics is hiring an experienced SMT Supervisor for our production facility in Noida. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day Surface Mount Technology line operations, maintain stringent product quality, and ensure seamless manufacturing workflows for LED lighting products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise SMT line operations, component loading, and daily production targets.
• Monitor advanced machinery including Pick & Place machines, reflow ovens, and solder paste printers.
• Implement quality control measures to detect defects like bridging and tombstoning.
• Manage deployment, attendance, and safety compliance of production manpower.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SMT production and PCB assembly.
• Diploma, ITI, or B.Tech degree in Electronics or Electrical engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills with practical knowledge of ESD and 5S standards.
